Above all, the customers <strong>save time<\/strong> by buying online. But what they miss is the <strong>experience<\/strong>, and this is exactly the area where retailers and shopping mall owners need to <strong>focus all their efforts<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What role does technology play? How does it help a Shopping Center in the current situation?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Technology plays a <strong>key<\/strong> <strong>role<\/strong>, it is necessary to ensure <strong>maximum<\/strong> <strong>comfort<\/strong> for customers and tenants, of course, all at a <strong>reasonable<\/strong> <strong>cost<\/strong>. The energy crisis was a game changer, the operation costs are very high and many shopping malls are moving towards maximum energy savings and <strong>sustainability<\/strong>. Companies are investing heavily in this area, which in my opinion is the right thing to do.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you achieve customer loyalty now? What do you think this customers and tenants are looking for? How can we offer them an optimal experience?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We have to make everything we can to give the customer a reason to <strong>come to the mall physically<\/strong> instead of buying online, they need to see the <strong>added<\/strong> <strong>value<\/strong>. Once we get them in there, they need to <strong>feel<\/strong> <strong>comfortable<\/strong> and get <strong>excellent<\/strong> <strong>service<\/strong> to keep them coming back. The <strong>quality of the stores and staff<\/strong> is very important, we can&#8217;t directly influence this but we try to be very active in <a href=\"https:\/\/flameanalytics.com\/en\/blog\/retail-staff-training-tips-to-improve-customer-service-sales%ef%bf%bc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">educating tenants and their staff<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are you optimistic about the future of this sector? What do you think the mall of the future will be like?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I am very optimistic, I think shopping malls will continue to have <strong>their place in retail<\/strong>, it is not possible to replace them 100% with online.
