Guests want a Wi-Fi experience like the one they have at home, where they can connect instantly and securely without having to carry out cumbersome logins.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>If connectivity in a hotel is slow, patchy, or non-existent, customer satisfaction will fall through the cracks<\/p>\r\n<cite>Bernat Real, IT Director Hotels VIVA.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>And precisely, this was one of the objectives of the Flame analytics collaboration with Hotels VIVA: to generate a <strong>satisfactory Wi-Fi experience<\/strong> and facilitate the user&#8217;s connection, with a simple login using the room number and personal data. In addition, in this project, developed to measure for the hotel chain, this service has been integrated with the hotel&#8217;s sales management system (PMS), thus improving the capabilities and contact management in its CRM.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Small customizations like these contribute to a <strong>pleasant and unusual experience<\/strong> for guests staying at Hotels VIVA.
