And precisely, this was one of the objectives of the Flame analytics collaboration with Hotels VIVA: to generate a satisfactory Wi-Fi experience and facilitate the user’s connection, with a simple login using the room number and personal data. In addition, in this project, developed to measure for the hotel chain, this service has been integrated with the hotel’s sales management system (PMS), thus improving the capabilities and contact management in its CRM.
Small customizations like these contribute to a pleasant and unusual experience for guests staying at Hotels VIVA. An experience that will make those customers commit to the establishment and create a customer-hotel loyalty link.
