However, in 2013, the company experienced a transformative shift in its business strategy by becoming a Brand Distributor of Dahua in the D-A-CH region. This strategic decision marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Controlex, aligning it with Dahua, then a burgeoning player in the video surveillance industry.
As an official Dahua distributor, Controlex has played a pivotal role in this journey, catering to a diverse clientele of over 1000 business customers, primarily consisting of specialist installers, integrators, and system houses. In 2018, it expanded its service offerings beyond distribution and support, embracing more advanced solutions such as integration and automation.
