How are the users personal data protected?

Flame Analytics is in charge of the processing of personal data on behalf of the person in charge of them (the Client). Obtaining consent for the use of personal data, that is, when a user registers in the captive portal or in an App, they are stored in the Flame cloud servers (data center located in the EU) for their subsequent treatment, as indicated above and complying at all times with the RGPD regulations.

Can I download the contacts obtained through Flame?

Yes. The contacts´data obtained with the guest WiFi portal can be downloaded in a csv file. You can download them all or a list filtered by date, gender, age, repetition, etc.

Can I integrate Flame with my CRM?

Yes. In this way, the contacts´data that you get thanks to Flame can automatically feed your CRM and thus join other contacts obtained through the web, social networks, etc. All your contacts in one place.

What types of campaigns work best?
