It is a software license that does not require the installation of an application, a computer equipment or any other infrastructure, just an Internet connection and a web browser.

The Flame Analytics SaaS (‘Software as a Service’) subscription includes the right to use the tool, regular updates, data storage in the cloud (data center), as well as maintenance and necessary technical support. Flame also guarantees the availability and security of the application and its data.

There is no limit of users of the platform for each Client. A role can be assigned to each User (administrator, reading only) as well as limiting their access to the information available and configurable according to the platform menus.
