The European optician chain Alain Afflelou has implemented the analytics solution proposed by Flame Analytics and Cad&Lan in its more than 80 points of sale in Spain.
When Alain Afflelou turned to Flame, he was looking for an accurate people counting solution, as well as measuring other essential kpis in his stores, such as unique visitors, loyalty or repetition rate, time spent at the point of sale or external traffic. Likewise, the optician chain wanted to improve the digital relationship with customers in its physical stores.

Information that, in addition to the Flame dashboard, is shown in the company’s global analytics application, where the data obtained by our tool is integrated with other different sources.
