As the year comes to an end, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients, partners, and collaborators a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, and to thank them for their trust and continued support. Our participation in NRF 2025 in New York once again placed us at the heart of industry innovation. Being present at the world’s leading retail event allowed us to share our vision with international leaders, gain first-hand insight into where the industry is heading, and reinforce our message: the future of retail is physical, digital, and above all, data-driven.

Throughout the year, we have also taken part in other key industry events, fostering meaningful conversations with partners, clients, and professionals who share a common goal: gaining a deeper understanding of consumers and optimizing physical spaces from a strategic perspective.

One of the most important milestones of 2025 was the celebration of the 4th edition of Flame Talks. This event has established itself as a space for reflection and dialogue, where data, customer experience, and innovation take center stage.

Flame Talks is not just an event—it’s a community. A community of professionals who understand that today’s industry challenges cannot be solved with isolated solutions, but through vision, collaboration, and deep analysis. In this fourth edition, we once again brought together experts from retail, shopping centers, mobility, and technology to share real insights, use cases, and trends that are already shaping the present and future of the industry.

MAPIC 2025

Our participation in MAPIC Cannes 2025 reaffirmed Flame Analytics’ role as a strategic partner for the commercial real estate and retail sectors. In an environment where space optimization, brand attraction, and visitor experience are key, data becomes the common language connecting all stakeholders.

MAPIC once again demonstrated that intuition-based decisions are no longer enough. Advanced analytics, behavior measurement, and the ability to anticipate trends are now essential elements to ensure the profitability and sustainability of physical assets.

On this journey, Carlos Gómez and Lucía González hold a very special place: their contributions were key at decisive moments, and their legacy continues to shape how we understand who we are and where we are headed.
